About
I'm a customer-facing integration specialist and technical business analyst, currently working as a Functional Analyst / Integration Specialist at Endeavour Group. My background is in computer science, and most of my career has been spent translating messy operational reality — client requirements, legacy systems, disconnected platforms — into REST API integrations, data mappings, and workflows that hold up in production.
I've delivered end-to-end SaaS implementations for enterprise clients across APAC entirely in remote and distributed settings: virtual discovery workshops, asynchronous stakeholder management, UAT, and go-live, all without needing to be in the same room. English is my second language, and being bilingual has been a genuine asset when working with clients across the region.
Outside my day job, I own and run Digital3D, a Shopify e-commerce business I operate solo — including its Google Tag Manager tracking and Google Ads — which keeps me hands-on with the marketing and web-platform side of technology, not just the back-end integration side.
